Breakfast

Breakfast is wellness. Home made bread, oats, some scrambled eggs, perhaps a sausage or a meatball. Just sitting a bit longer, pondering the day, a glance towards the Lapporten mountains. Second helping at the buffet. Toughest question right now – what type tea of all the teas and what home cooked marmelade to put on the toast?
Half a cup of dark roasted coffee and a ginger & turmeric shot, you feel the energy start buzzing, time to get out in the mountains.
