Wellness Weekend at Abisko Mountain Lodge
Wilderness is Wellness. This is getting more and more evident.
Share some days with us in the wilderness of Abisko – for walking and wellness.
We will be hiking, meditating, breathing, doing cold baths, laugh and let loose with shake yoga on the mountain.
Yoga in the morning and after the hikes is also on the program and one of the days, a 60 minute massage is included.
Our amazing wellness instructors Tove, Axel and Robin will talk and have lectures in the evenings about Pilgrim Walks, Breathing Techniques and Meditation.
Come join us!
Daily hikes with meditation, breathing techniques, cold baths and shake yoga. Shorter yoga classes in the morning and after the hikes. You get a lunch pack to take with you on the hikes. Every participant gets a 60 minute massage. In the evenings you have time to rest and recuperate. The first nights you will enjoy a 2-course dinner and on the final night a 3-course dinner. During the evenings we will listen to lectures about Pilgrimage, Breathing Techniques and Meditation.
Our instructors
Robin Westerberg – our Yoga instructor that will help you find deeper appreciation and connection with your body and yourself. Robin supports us in the cold baths.
Axel Fabricius – breathe with Axel is based on active deep breathing techniques that in a light but yet powerful way deepens the quality of life. Axel will also accompany you for the cold baths.
Tove Falck – through the healing hands of Tove, you will find wellness in body and mind. Apart from your treatment, she will instruct us in shake yoga and accompany us in the cold baths.
